Industrial
We have been involved in a wide range of industrial projects for over 20 years.
In that time we have created a library of data on specialist elements such as dock levellers, ‘super flat floors’, sprinklers and mezzanines, together with the standard elements of steel portal frames, profiled metal cladding and infrastructure works.

LINFORD WOOD
Linford Wood was a difficult site that involved relocation of units to allow for a 2 phase construction of a mixed development of small start business offices/light industrial units on a self contained site.
MILTON KEYNES BUSINESS CENTRE
Design & Construction of 91 individual units consisting of office, studio and workshop accommodation.
WHITE WALTHAM
Construction of new engineering facility for the construction of gear boxes for the motor racing industry.
WATERHOUSE BUSINESS CENTRE
The construction of a group of Business Centres which incorporate office space, studio and workshop space available on a monthly licence. The site was an integral part of a larger construction.
QUEDGELY
Construction of industrial units with office accommodation for the letting market.
BUGSBY WAY
The project comprised the demolition of existing and redundant industrial units for the development of a retail park including parking and the construction of new road junctions and access etc.
CARLTON ROAD
Construction of Business Centre comprising office, studio and workshop units on an old motor dealership site set between two main line rail lines.
KNOWHILL
Construction of a new distribution centre for the Hobby Company Ltd in Knowhill, Milton Keynes.
HUNTINGDON
The demolition of an existing industrial unit and the construction of a new retail warehouse pre-let to tenant ‘Texas Homecare’.
