Leisure
Our experience in this sector covers libraries, fitness centres, museums and open spaces.
We currently have a five year framework with the British Museum to work on their gallery refurbishment and other projects.
ST GEORGES PARK, HILTON/HAMPTON HOTEL
St Georges Park will be the home of the National Football Centre, which along with the Hotel will comprise 12 full size pitches including one synthetic indoor pitch.MAYESBROOK PARK
Refurbishment of existing running track and provision of new jump and throw areas for the completion before the 2012 games including reinstatement of original park afterwards.BLOOMSBURY FITNESS CENTRE
A difficult refurbishment project to an existing fitness centre including showers, changing rooms, fitness area and entrance. All work was carried out above a live theatre.
ENFIELD TOWN LIBRARY
The demolition of existing 1960's single storey extension. The partial demolition of existing two storey infill to the original L-shaped Carnegie building, comprising ground and first floor slab, north elevation, flat roof and reinforced concrete columns.
BRUCE GROVE YOUTH CENTRE
The project involved the construction of a new build youth club to the rear of a refurbished Grade II listed building.
ROCKERFELLER LIBRARY
The scheme as designed by Wilson Mason and Partners involves the creation of a new, updated and revitalised multifunctional space and facilities in the library on the 1st floor at 23 Queen Square House.
WINDHILL CHURCHES CENTRE
The Client, St Josephs and St Michaels, obtained Planning Permission for 2Nr new halls and associated office, meetings rooms, wc's within close proximity of both Churches.
BLOOMSBURY FITNESS CENTRE EXTENSION
The scheme as designed by Levitt Bernstein involved the construction of a new single storey steel framed cladded extension to increase the area of the existing gym.
GREEN SPACES, PLACES FOR PEOPLE
Regeneration of external green spaces within existing housing estates throughout five sites in Greater London and Essex.
109-111 FORE STREET
Strip out, refurbishment and fitting out works to form a new state of the art library.
GUSTAVE TUCK - SUMMER WORKS
The project involves the complete restoration/refurbishment of the Grade I listed Gustave Tuck Lecture Theatre at University College London in addition to upgrades to several other lecture theatres within the university.

Refurbishment of an old fashioned lecture theatre to create a modern attractive space.
