Office
We undertake both new build and refurbishment projects in this sector. We work for Funds and Developers, and end user Clients. We have experience of high-grade City and West End schemes and also out of town schemes where economic solutions are required.
We are used to carrying out projects in occupied buildings where complicated phasing and noise restrictions have to be observed.
We have experience of sensitive refurbishments to period buildings and we are currently working for some of the London developers on their West End estates, which involves complex refurbishment of their Grade Listed buildings.
We are currently working for Aviva, Legal & General, RREEF, Warner Estates, Derwent London, The Property Merchant Group, LSI Management and Wyncon to name but a few of our prestigious Clients.

AGAR STREET
The refurbishment of existing offices which are Grade II listed because of existing terracotta facades. As well as the refurbishment of the existing space the scheme also includes the addition of a new 5th floor.
3 - 7 PORTMAN MEWS SOUTH
High quality design with high quality materials, such as handmade facing bricks, natural slate and lead roofing (including photovoltaic slates) limestone external cladding, european oak joinery, etc.
ST JAMES'S SQUARE
The project involves refurbishing the 5th floor at St James's Square into an executive office. It also requires refurbishing an existing office into a new meeting room on the 6th floor as well as creating three office spaces on the ground level.
BARKING TOWN HALL
The Client, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham obtained planning permission for the refurbishment of the Council Chamber, Meeting rooms and public spaces at Barking Town Hall
20 CANADA SQUARE
The project comprised the formation of a secure space for the mergers and acquisition team including offices and meeting rooms.
CABLE HOUSE
Strip out of heavily serviced offices and creation of open plan offices over 7 floors with raised floors, suspended ceilings, rearranged lavatories, reception, 5 refurbished lifts, M&E plant and terminals.
SUNLIGHT HOUSE
Sunlight House is a Grade 2 listed building originally designed by Josef Sunlight. Our works consisted of the strip out, refurbishment and fitting out works to create CAT B accommodation.
20 BRUTON PLACE
The Demolition of the existing building and construction of a new five storey building with the basement and ground floors as retail units and the upper 3 floors for 3 nr private residential apartments for the letting market.
ASHTON & NORFOLK HOUSE
Ashton and Norfolk House are two early examples of modernist architecture in Milton Keynes. Built in the early 60's, the buildings fall short of modern office standards.
DRYDEN STREET
Strip out and upgrade basement, ground and first floors to the existing building to provide office space. Installation of new steel and glass internal staircase.
PHOENIX HOUSE
Provision of a new speculative built office building 2,500m 2 which was built on a "brown" site. The building is within the confines of a business park and built to replicate the adjacent previously built building.
