We have worked for over twenty five housing associations on projects ranging from £25m new build schemes to £50,000 refurbishments of single units. We also work for local authorities on their decent homes programmes and are developing a good track record in the refurbishment of tower blocks.

Our experience extends to the private sector where we have carried out a range of projects from new build flats to high specification one-off houses.

Alberta House
ALBERTA HOUSE
Alberta House is a flagship scheme for Swan Housing Group. The development comprises a twenty five, nine and six storey block providing 133nr mixed tenure dwellings.
Ferrier Point
FERRIER POINT
The work comprised recladding the exterior including new triple glazed windows and 300m2 of photovoltaic panels. The internal works included decent homes refurbishment to 115 Nr flats, the creation of a ground floor retail unit and a new concierge.
The Bluff
THE BLUFF
Construction of a new build high specification dwelling in Oxfordshire for the owner designed by the Italian Architectural practice, Lazzarini Pickering to provide some 5,200 sq ft of wing space.
Leaden Roding Development

The ten affordable houses at Leaden Roding have enabled local people to stay in an area in which they have been brought up. The properties benefit from several features of modern methods.

The development comprises 5Nr two bed four person houses for affordable rent and 7Nr three bed five person houses also for affordable rent together with all external works, roads, drainage, landscaping and external services.

Newhall Farm is an architecturally striking scheme which forms part of the Newhall project, a new community situated in Harlow.

The project involved the Developer constructing 3 detached houses in the rear garden of a plot that he had previously developed. The properties are of a contemporary design with sustainable features.

The project involved the new build construction of 11 houses for private sale.

High class fit out of a ‘shell’ penthouse apartment for an owner/occupier. A contemporary fit out with onerous tolerances as designed by the Italian firm of Architects, Lazzarini Pickering.
Ravens Way
RAVENS WAY
Ravens Way was originally a Residential Club set up by a local company. The four storey block (built 1912) is formed in a “U” shape around a quadrangle which was originally the swimming pool area.
Adelaide Wharf
ADELAIDE WHARF
We acted as the Client’s Representative who had a stake in 35 units of the scheme. The scheme included the use of bathroom pods, green and brown roofs and specialist mechanical and electrical installations.

The Client, Tower Hamlets Community Housing, obtained planning permission for the development of 6 nr 4 bedroom houses on 2 small infill sites and appointed a Contractor.
South Kilburn

Sites 3C and 11A are the first two phases of the South Kilburn Estate regeneration, a redevelopment programme that will provide 3000 new homes including new infrastructure and community facilities.

Potter Raper Partnership have been working closely with Swan Housing Association and Denne Construction to deliver one of the largest zero carbon developments in the Thames Gateway.
