David has worked for Potter Raper Partnership in the Beckenham office since 2001 and was promoted to Associate Partner in 2010. He is responsible for Quantity Surveying services for a variety of local authority and housing association Clients. David is involved in the drafting of company pro-formas and compilation of cost analysis data internally. David specialises in project evaluation and Pre-contract Management.
