We provide Employer’s Agent services to both Public and Private Sector Clients throughout the South of England from all of our offices.
We are keen to work with our Clients as early as possible in the scheme development process. We are currently assisting numerous Clients in the financial appraisal of potential development sites and as part of this process we work to maximise site potential while also identifying and managing site and project risks.
Our experience of varying forms of construction including Modern Methods of Construction has enabled us to provide expert advice at an early stage of the benefits of each system and implications on cost and programme.
We provide Employer’s Agent services to:-
Registered Social Landlords Local Authorities Education providers Health providers Private Developers
We have successfully delivered in excess of 1000 units to meet code for sustainable homes levels 3 and 4 and are currently working on projects which meet code levels 5 and 6. Projects range from single house infill developments to large scale regeneration schemes with values between £100,000 to £200,000,000. Regardless of size and complexity we provide a committed and efficient service to all our Clients.
Our service is tailored to the specific needs of each Client and we have a policy of providing dedicated Quantity Surveyors for every commission.
We provide the following added services as standard for every commission:-
