Joe has worked for Potter Raper Partnership as a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor in the London office since 2004 and became a Partner in 2007. His specialist experience covers: Partnering and Framework Agreements, Construction Claims and Disputes, Procurement and Delivery Strategies, Fast Track Projects (particularly Retail), Multiple Project Delivery, Measured Term Contracts, Lifecycle Costing and Various Project Management Techniques (e.g. Prince²).
