Paul has worked for Potter Raper Partnership in the Beckenham Office as a Quantity Surveyor since 1986 and was appointed as a Partner in 1996. Paul has depth of experience in housing, retail, financial and commercial Projects and over the years he has developed specialist experience in Strategic Partnering, Framework Agreements, Whole Life Costing, Contracts, Tendering Arrangements and Receiverships and Liquidations.
