Paul Denny
Partner, Quantity Surveyor
Paul has worked for Potter Raper Partnership in Colchester for over 20 years. He became a Partner in 2004 and was appointed Partner in charge of the Colchester office in 2007. Paul is responsible for the provision of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services for a variety of Clients. Over the last few years he has specialised in Education, Social Housing and Bank Monitoring Surveying. In addition Paul also provides Employer's Agent, Project Management and CDM Co-ordinator services.
