Philip Bass
Partner, Quantity Surveyor
Philip has worked for Potter Raper Partnership in the Beckenham office as a Quantity Surveyor since 1989. He was promoted to Associate Partner in 1996 and Partner in 2001. His duties include providing pre and post contract Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Employer's Agent services for the public and private sectors.
