As Project Managers we provide a lead role in the implementation of construction projects.
We like to be appointed at the early stages of a project in order to work with the Client in the selection of the design team so that an integrated and motivated team is created. This is so important in achieving a successful delivery of projects.
An early appointment also enables us to advise on programming at the start, setting a realistic timetable for planning approval, procurement and works on site. We are conversant with all management tools including Asta Power Project, Microsoft Project and Prince 2.
Our projects include refurbishment and new build schemes for:-
Housing Offices Office fit out Primary and secondary schools Further education Laboratories University halls of residence Libraries Retail schemes including shopping centres and retail warehouse projects Retail units Restaurants Industrial developments
