Effective cost management is essential for providing financial certainty and maximising returns for the Client. Cost control is an ongoing process from project inception to completion and forms an integral part of the design and construction process.
Potter Raper Partnership work with Clients to understand their objectives and aspirations and to ensure that they obtain the most cost effective solutions for their needs and budget. We manage cost and financial risk against pre-determined criteria and investigate every opportunity to add value to the overall project.
We utilise our extensive cost database to provide an informed cost planning process that we use as a basis for financial control throughout the design and construction process.
We identify the most appropriate method of project delivery considering all procurement routes and establishing transparent accounting and reporting procedures throughout to protect the Client's financial interests.
If risks or issues arise during the course of the project we will record them and work with the Client and design team to mitigate them.
