Richard Dicker
Partner, Building Surveyor
Richard started at Potter Raper Partnership in 1996 with a brief to develop the Building Surveying service to both public and private sector clients. In 2002 he was promoted to Partner, having fulfilled this brief and has gone on to extend the core business to include Health and Safety management. Richard specialises in the management of property portfolios and assisting clients to meet their statutory and organisational responsibilities and goals.

BSc, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Registered Member of the Association for Project Safety
