Partnership was founded in 1970 as a Practice primarily involved
in the provision of traditional Quantity Surveying services.
The Practice has developed
throughout the intervening years by expanding the Quantity Surveying
division and introducing new disciplines which include Project
Management, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying and the provision
of CDM Co-ordinators under the Construction (Design and Management)
Regulations 2007.
Our expertise covers the full range of Surveying services in
relation to new build, refurbishment, maintenance and conversion
works to both occupied and unoccupied properties.
A constant flow of commissions for
a variety of Clients has helped us to develop a broad range of
experience and expertise. These commissions have been undertaken
for Central and Local Government Organisations, Healthcare Trusts,
Industrial and Commercial Clients, Hotels and Leisure complexes,
Housing Associations, Retailers as well as Private and Corporate
Bodies.
With offices based in
Beckenham, Colchester, and London the Practice is well placed
to offer services to Clients throughout the Country.
Potter Raper Partnership
employs approximately ninety five staff and we can justifiably
claim to be a well established and highly respected Practice.
The Practice however, continues to retain the personal touch with
its belief in a policy of an ongoing involvement at Partner level
with all Clients ensuring that commissions are executed in a professional
and businesslike manner, with due regard to our Clients specific
requirements.
The Practice has been
founded on strict policies in relation to Health, Safety and Welfare;

under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for Quality Assurance.
We have been a member
of Constructionline since March 1999.
